can't lock amd unlock door from app. also, extremely expensive, I'll cancel it.
There really needs to be a way to lock the door after a time period. This is standard on almost every smart lock. Why it isn't part of this is a mystery.
I thought it would be kind of cool to be able to control the locks and temperature from an app. But it doesn't work right. When I change the temperature on the app, it doesn't do anything. When I lock or unlock the door on the app, it takes too long for the lock to respond. It's not a connection issue since I have tried on wifi and 5G. Judging by the reviews, this company pushed out an update early this year which messed everything up and they have no idea what they are doing or how to fix it.
Worthless! At first I thought this was going to be so convenient but it has turned out to be a major pain in my butt! My thermostat keeps disconnecting from The Hub and when this happens my AC does not work! I call, get it added back and then a few days later it's disconnected from The Hub again! I cannot do this all summer! I shouldn't have to either!
I wish the controls for the thermostat actually worked... I don't use any other features, and honestly quite dislike that our landlord forced us into using smart home stuff we didn't want.
App freezes in settings/notifications! Also, suddenly logs out when you need it urgently! Despite checking the stay signed in option! What a pain!
Thermostat doesn't work at ur app was good around January time. What did you guys do different seriously. Your engineers/developers suck at their job
App doesn't work besides unlocking my door with last update.. thermostat never seems to work. Remember sign in and biometric worked once upon a time.
App does not sync with devices. If I lock the door or change the thermostat manually it does not register. The apartment complex I live in started using this app for gate entry and now there is usually a line of cars waiting to sneak in because the app doesn't work.
